Euribor® Rates

The EMMI website only displays rates on a 24-hour delayed basis

EURIBOR is a critical interest rate benchmark authorised under BMR.

EURIBOR is published daily on every TARGET day, at or shortly after 11 a.m. CET for each of its Defined Tenors: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.

EURIBOR is calculated following the methodology described in the Benchmark Determination Methodology, and it relies on contributions from a panel of credit institutions that are active participants in the euro money market. All contributors are required to comply with the requirements detailed in the EURIBOR Code of Conduct, in particular, for aspects related to their contribution procedures.

EURIBOR is grounded, to the extent possible, in euro money market transactions that reflect the Underlying Interest. To ensure robustness in the absence of transactions in the Underlying Interest, the Benchmark Determination Methodology for EURIBOR follows a hierarchical approach consisting of three levels.

EMMI performs an annual assessment of the EURIBOR methodology.

As of 3 March 2014, this website only displays EMMI benchmarks on a 24-hour delayed basis. If you require access to live data you can access it from an Authorised Vendor listed in the Subscription section on this website.

As of 3 December 2018, the following changes were introduced to Euribor:

  • Cessation of the 2 weeks, 2 months and 9 months tenors;
  • Discontinuation of the publication of individual panel banks’ submissions towards the determination of the benchmark;
  • Euribor calculated under the Act/365 and 30/360 day count conventions is now published on EMMI’s website (until 31st March 2019). Conversion formulas from the official Act/360 rate to the Act/365 and 30/360 rates can be found here.
